In an effort to reach new audiences and increase engagement, I diversified the company's LinkedIn content by introducing new and varied post formats.
Each post required careful planning, research, design, and caption creation. Once I had these elements finalized, I scheduled their publication via Hootsuite.

Uploading a PDF to LinkedIn enabled me to create the illusion of a carousel featuring employee quotes, which helped to personify the company and showcase its culture.
The Process
Defined the post topic and outlined relevant questions to be asked
Researched the appropriate employees to contact and sent them a Google Form with the questions
Reviewed the responses and selected quotes to include in the post
Designed the various slides and exported them as a PDF
Crafted an accompanying caption
Scheduled the post for publication
